The staff of the California State and Regional Water Boards are profiled in this inspirational 30 minute work-for-hire high definition documentary produced as an employee training and recruiting film for Water Board staff. These "super water cops" work with farmers, environmentalists, municipalities, and everyday people to protect and preserve California's waters. The film travels from Redding to Calexico, Mono Lake to Santa Barbara; exploring the environmental, political, and social challenges facing the Water Board through the stories of the staff on the front lines of water protection.
